Rivers Edge Apartment’s uniquely designed homes feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The spacious, open concept is great for having friends and family over.  Our kitchen feature premium stainless steel appliances, KOHLER fixtures, granite counter tops,  full walk-in pantries and lots of cupboard space.  All of our apartments have one or two car attached garages.  The living space features elegant wood-style flooring and upgraded, solid craftsman style doors and trim.  The patios and decks are oversized so you can fit full sized patio tables in your outdoor living space.  Our master bedrooms are private, with an attached bathroom and a large walk in closet for lots of storage.  These apartments provide you with up to 1,394 square feet of living space – downsizing won’t be an issue here!  

Our apartments are uniquely situated in the former Elk’s golf course property.  Many of the apartments view the little Manitowoc River, ponds or even Lake Michigan!  It is located along a quiet, low traffic road, but has great access Waldo Boulevard. There are plans for a future trail that will run along the property, which connects Lincoln Park to the Mariner’s Trail – great for bikers, walkers and joggers!
